A subject that I've enjoyed

Imagen
Well, for the record, this was a really weird semester, some of the subjects that I had is part Labs and I can't do that experience because of the lockdown. But I must say that I can't decide between OPU or Pharmaceutics Technology, I've really enjoyed the contents. But for speaking only subjects, I will choose OPU. OPU teach for indutrial quemistry, all physicochemstry process that you would need to learn to run properly any lab, industries, makeup industry, etc... Also has labs, that in this case, they're previously recorded and for explain the content and you must do later a Lab report. The content that I have in this semester starts with fluid transport (important if you need to transport to one floor to another), then heat exchange (if you want to heat some fluid or some solid), then heat exchanger (To heat multiple fluids), air quality (important in every labs or industry, for a good quality of the products) and now drying of products. For now we're doing zoo...

The expert that I admire

This expert that I'm gonna talk about is thing more than one of my career teacher Marcela Jirón. The first time that I meet her in a class, inmediatly reforce my love for pharmacy and I adquire a new passion, the area of clinical pharmacy. The way that she describes her actually work, and the fun facts you can learn and makes you curious about the career, the energy she transmits when she teachs in her classes, and her "bad reputation" she has when you do with her the final internship (you have to know all the stuff you might learn in the internship and all the things you didn't learn, but you should know as well). And also she played a big roll in this pandemic, she was invited to Mucho Gusto to talk about it. She actually is working in Hospital Sotero del Río in clinical pharmacy and obviosly teaching in the university. She has 21 years of working experience and a lot of degrees, so you can learn how a complete professional she is, here a list of her titles and ...

My favorite meal

Picking one favorite meal that I've tasted is difficult, even the "unpopular" one prepared in an specific way can be very tasteful. My big trouble is picking between chilean food and paraguayan food (my stepdad is from Paraguay), obviosly I would tender for chilean food, but parguayan food is not "popular", and many people doesn't even taste that food. Paraguayan food is typically for have many cheese (cattle country), and many of the meal names are in guaraní, the second oficial language of that conutry. In this occasion I will talk about the Vorí Vorí (Bori bori in guaraní) a typical dish from there and is very delicious. Vorí vorí you can define it like a cornmeal and cheese balls, that can be with a chicken soup (more traditional) or with other kind of soup. To prepare this meal is quite easy and very cheap, you need to start first with the soup, this part of the meal take time, so for the ingredients you need: Soup - 16 cups of water - 1 whole c...
