Favorite movie.

Pick one favorite movie is difficult, when I was a child with no doubt my favorite movie was The Little Mermaid, loved the little mermaid and loved (still the best villain ever) the sea witch (latin voice of the sea witch is the best of all dubbing of that movie). But I did enjoyed Jurassic Park saga as well and Star Wars saga, and movies like Gladiator, Harry Potter saga and Hannibal Lecter movies. But if I have to choose one movie that significantly impacted was the movie that my religion teacher made us watch. In that day, she wanted to talk to us about drugs and their effects (as a public school, religion was kind of christian orientation, teaching values for life), so in that class she managed to get a VHS, a movie called "a requiem for a dream" (a big problem at beginning XXI century, was drugs and its abuse, between a marked stereotype). To be honest it wasn't a movie for a 14 year old girl, but the meaning of the film was necesary to understand. The movie directed by Darren Aronofsky consist in the history of four peoples, the main character is a young man called Harry Goldfarb (Jared Leto), his mother Sara Goldfarb (Ellen Burstyn). his girlfriend Marion Silver (Jennifer Connelly) and his best friend Tyronne C. Love (Marlon Wayans). All those characters have dreams like any human being, but they took the "easiest way" to do that, and they fell in a horror spiral. Sara, the mother after losing her husband felt depressed and started to eat and watch TV, one if her favorite show was a contest show, and her dream was being in that constesting show wearing a beautiful red dress (she wore it in her son's school graduation). She sent with her friends a letter to participate and when his son answered a call from the tv show, she believed that she was in the show, and wanted to lost weight to fit in that red dress, a friend recommended to her to use a pills to lose weight (anfetamines), she didn't know what were those pills, and started her calvary. His son Harry, his girlfriend Marion with his friend were already drug adicts (heroine and other drugs) started to get involved with the drug trafficking to get more money (Tyronne dream's become successfull) and because of that Harry propose to Marion open a clothe shop (Harry's dream is live in couple with Marion), because the dream of Marion is become and fashion designer, she has talent and design clothes scketchs, They are very involved with drug, but when their drug dealer was killed by the other band, started the real crisis. All their dream started to fall, their drug problem started to do effect and this disolve even the relation ship of the couple.
At the climax you can see a Sara addict and obssesed for loosing weight, that even in the mental hospital none meds could help here, so the option is a electroshock therapy, that was even worse, she cannot connect with reality. Marion in her dispair for lookimg drugs ended having sex for drugs, Tyronne having withdraw sindrome working hard in jail (lost everything) and the main character, Harry losing his arms because the drugs inyections, his arm necrotized and alone.
At the end Sara has an alluciantion that she was in the tv show winning the show, with her son a successfull man of bussiness engaged with Marion, but the reality is that everyone with their dreams shattered in fetal position and alone. This movie appart of the drug point of view, you can see how social media, spreading stereotypes, beauty cannons and easy paths to do somethings, are a huge problem if we have a susceptible society. That kind of movie do I like, with a good story (no matter gender), and that story I cannot forget, and the music is epic and how did make the escenes
The last movie that I saw was with my little cousin, Frozen 2, I have to say that I did enjoy it, more than Frozen (don't hit me) and I do recommended
