My future job, reality or dream?

 So many years ago I was debating to my self, what was my dream job?. The winner option was something that involves science. A mature and adult version of me decided that a job in the health care area is the way to go, but not a desk or lab one, I want to be with the people, treating people.
So my dream work would be definitely work as a pharmacist in a hospital or clinic, the ideal working with hospitalized patients, even critical ones. I know that kind of job is very stressful and sometimes depressing because no matter what you do, people can die, but for me is a risk to take.
Obviously is a indoor kind of work and I would love it no matter I like outdoor kind of stuff, a small sacrifice is that way I can help people, but for that is vacations or small go out in free days.... I may know that the job that I want even have difficult about free time and vacations, but if I have the need to travel because my work, I wish that is because I want to work in rural zones in Europe as well (they're beautiful)
And an important part, how much I would like to be paid.... I've heard people in my generation, around me that they are hoping not getting paid below 1 millions pesos, as a girl from the coast, the "Pacific's Jewel", that amount is huge, even is amazing, maybe I don't have to much standard for life commodities, but a salary that allows me to have my own place, and made a comfort life for me and my cat is enough to me for now, anything that requires more amount of money can wait for the future, even plans to travel around the world.
Because the previous explanation of my dreamed work, I'm studying chemistry and pharmacy at my university, even if I can't have my job at hospitals and clinics, also I would gladly prefer to be in a drugstore and teach people the basics of health care, because is our job as well to let people have the knowledge to take care of their health.
